Job summary

Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to lead territory growth in the Seattle South / Tacoma area, with a strong focus on clin ic engagement and data-driven selling. You will operate as an individual contributor, spanning Kent, Renton, Federal Way, and Tacoma regions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience (preferably B2B) and veterinary clinic familiarity, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate product knowledge and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics within geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Deliver data-driven presentations to address Veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales, and Scientific Affairs to meet stakeholders' needs.
• Build partnerships to meet shared objectives and maximize territory performance.
• Execute the Veterinary BU sales strategy.
• thrive in cross-functional, dynamic environments and adjust strategies via quarterly reviews.
• Manage budget, expenses, and CRM reporting in a timely manner.
