Job summary

Mars seeks a Veterinary District Sales Manager to lead territory growth in the Seattle South / Tacoma region. You will translate clinic data into opportunities, develop a territory plan, and build strong clinic partnerships.

This field-based role requires travel and cross-functional collaboration to execute the Vet BU strategy. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales experience, veterinary clinic exposure, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of sales experience (B2B)
• 2+ years sales experience, veterinary clinic experience preferred
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Overnight travel required, approximately 20–30% travel

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics in the geography
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within the geography
• Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address the needs of Veterinary staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support BU objectives and strategies
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with management and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage expense and sales budget; complete CRM and expense reports on time
