Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Seattle seeks a Veterinary District Sales Manager for Royal Canin products. This field-based role requires living within the territory and occasional overnight travel to drive clinic partnerships and sales performance.

You will translate data into opportunities, develop territory plans, build relationships with clinic decision-makers, and present data-driven solutions. A driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, approximately 20-30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, and data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics within the geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff.
• Partner with stakeholders across BU and organization to meet objectives.
• Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
• Operate in a cross-functional team and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage budgets and reports.
