The role blends 80% paraprofessional care with 20% leadership duties, guiding staff, promoting wellness plans, and maintaining high standards of care and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred.
• Two years experience in healthcare, veterinary or service industries.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring paraprofessional staff is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership.
• Perform duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician.
• Recruit new clients and promote hospital services.
• Manage client and pet flow to ensure top care and productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care, and services.
• Assist with surgeries as applicable within state acts.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper medical records.
