Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and veterinary assistant/technician while providing leadership across shifts. You will work with the Practice Manager and COS to ensure effective communication with clients, associates, field leadership, and central support.

Approximately 20% leadership duties and 80% paraprofessional responsibilities, including client education, appointment scheduling, and maintaining medical charts.

Formación

• Associate degree or veterinary technician certification preferred.
• Two years experience in healthcare or veterinary field required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Medical terminology training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician while providing leadership across shifts.
• Lead paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and client care.
• Coordinate client flow and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Assist with surgeries as applicable and maintain accurate medical records.
