Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician, while providing leadership across all shifts. You will collaborate with Practice Manager and Chief of Staff to ensure effective communication with clients, associates, and leadership, and help maximize hospital productivity.

Approximately 20% leadership duties and 80% paraprofessional duties, including mentoring staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining standards of care.

Qualifications
