Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals seeks a Shift Lead to perform CSC and veterinary assistant duties while providing leadership across shifts. Qualifications

• Two years experience (healthcare, veterinary profession, service-type industry) preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate paraprofessional staff to support hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as CSC or veterinary assistant/technician; promote client care and productivity.
• Recruit new clients and guide flow of clients and pets for smooth operations.
• Educate clients about health plans and preventive care; provide clear instructions and invoices.
