The role involves about 20% leadership and 80% paraprofessional tasks, including educating clients, managing appointments, and assisting with procedures, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising paraprofessional staff and coordinating hospital operations.
• Strong client communication and leadership in a veterinary setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across busy shifts.

Responsibilities
