Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and veterinary assistant/technician, while providing continuity and operational support across all shifts. You will ensure the hospital has leadership on site to support associates and clients, and you will coordinate paraprofessional staff alongside hospital leadership to maximize productivity.

Working with the Practice Manager and COS, you will help communicate with clients, Field Leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart.
