Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of veterinary partnerships across the Southeast.

You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction while traveling 80–90% in your territory and leveraging CRM tools to track activities and outcomes. You will build trusted advisor relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities to expand services and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, customer success or consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business and recommending solutions that support their success.
• Partner closely with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
