Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to remotely cover the Tampa/Orlando region with travel across the territory.

You will manage an established portfolio of veterinary partners, conduct business reviews, and identify growth opportunities to protect and expand revenue. You will build trusted relationships, become a customer success advocate, and collaborate with Business Development to onboard new clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, customer success or consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
• Veterinary, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business and recommending solutions that support their success.
• Partner closely with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
• Build and maintain customer activity using CRM technology.
• Achieve or exceed customer retention, revenue growth and activity objectives.
• Represent Gateway at veterinary conferences, networking events and industry trade shows.
