Job summary

Small Door Veterinary is expanding and seeks a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner with clinics across markets. You will build lasting relationships with veterinarians, guide candidates from first contact to first day, and help plan openings in new markets.

You’ll travel to clinics, attend events, and develop outreach to attract top veterinary talent while maintaining our high standards for culture and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record recruiting veterinary roles (5+ years preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
• Executive presence and excellent communication, with comfort influencing senior clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with veterinarians in assigned markets and manage active and passive candidates.
• Travel to clinics and priority markets to meet candidates and grow networks.
• Own the full hiring process for veterinarians: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
