Job summary

Small Door Veterinary is seeking a Veterinarian Recruiter to partner across markets and help grow the combined organization with Bond Vet. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for veterinarians, build lasting relationships, and guide candidates from first contact to day one.

Based in the Northeast or willing to travel to clinics, you’ll plan outreach, track pipeline health with data, and collaborate with regional leaders to forecast needs, delivering a white-glove, candidate-centered experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for veterinary roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel and build relationships in person with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with veterinarians in assigned markets and engage active and passive candidates.
• Travel to clinics and priority markets to meet candidates and understand team needs.
• Own the full hiring process for veterinarians from sourcing to offer letter.
• Source creatively via direct outreach, networking, and job boards.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience with on-site interviews and prep.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline well before openings.
