Cross Timbers Veterinary Center and Boarding Facility is seeking a friendly, dependable Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and patients, handling calls, scheduling, and payments with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires a proactive team player who can thrive in a busy environment, providing excellent service while supporting daily operations and maintaining patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Veterinary reception or animal care experience is preferred.
• Friendly, positive personality and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer calls and assist clients in person.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and boarding reservations.
• Record, route, and follow up on messages for veterinarians and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and handle payments.
