Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a customer-focused associate to support client care and help grow wellness-plan participation. You will greet clients, promote services, and coordinate pet visits with our veterinary team to balance efficiency and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include educating clients about preventive care, processing paperwork, and handling appointments and invoices while maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to promote hospital services and educate clients.

Responsabilités

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services.
• Route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet information/history entry, and ID tagging.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other job duties as assigned.
