Grace Park Animal Hospital in Morrisville, NC seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to deliver exceptional client service, manage appointments, and support the care team. You will greet clients, answer phones, and help with daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires great communication, multitasking, and comfort handling animals and their people. A high school diploma is required, with 1+ year veterinary reception experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of reception experience in a veterinary setting preferred
• Outstanding phone personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail; good organization and time management
• Proficiency with computers and veterinary software
• Comfortable working with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, inquiries, emails and texts
• Maintain accurate documentation in the computerized medical record
• Check patients in for appointments and boarding
• Check clients out and process payments
• Move throughout the hospital delivering messages and assisting patients
