North Paw Animal Hospital, a small animal general practice in Durham, NC, seeks an experienced veterinary receptionist to join the customer service team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and efficient patient flow, with duties including greeting clients, check-in/out, and supporting the hospital staff. Potential to fill lead CSR position based on experience.

The position is full-time (30-40 hours per week) with varied schedules to meet hospital needs.

Qualificações

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task; attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, and/or cloud based PIMS experience preferred).
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including working in a team environment.
• Handling difficult situations including emergencies.
• Payment handling and basic finance skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and determine needs; manage check-in/check-out.
• Maintain smooth flow of clients and patients through the hospital.
• Assist Hospital Manager and doctors as needed.
