Job summary

Carver Street Animal Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our customer service team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service while guiding clients and patients through check-in and check-out, with a friendly and organized front desk presence.

You will greet clients, determine needs, and support the hospital team by following our procedures, using multiple platforms, and assisting the Hospital Manager and doctors

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
