North Paw Animal Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our customer service team on a full-time basis. Your role is to provide exceptional client service and maintain a smooth flow of clients and patients through the hospital.

You will greet clients, determine needs, complete check-in and check-out, and support doctors and the Hospital Manager as needed. This full-time position offers 30-40 hours per week with varying shifts and opportunities for growth

Formación

• Minimum 6 months job-related experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, and/or cloud based PIMS).
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to handle difficult situations including emergencies.
• Payment handling and basic finance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients, determine needs, and complete check-in and check-out.

• Use hospital procedures and multiple platforms for record-keeping.
