North Hills Animal Hospital & Resort in Raleigh, NC is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage front-desk operations, and support daily patient flow. The role requires handling phones, scheduling, processing payments, and delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time (20–30 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark) preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars

Responsibilities
