Job summary

Boulevard Animal Hospital in Raleigh, NC is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments, handle phones, process payments, and support clients with information about our services.

We offer a full benefits package and a schedule that is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts, no Sundays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and assisting in-person clients
• Strong verbal and written communication; compassionate, professional service

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front-desk interactions
• Schedule appointments and oversee daily patient flow
• Answer multi-line phones and assist in-person clients
