Job summary

Carver Street Animal Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our client service team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on exceptional client service and a smooth flow of clients and patients through the animal hospital.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, determining needs, completing the check-in and check-out, and supporting the Hospital Manager and doctors as needed. Weekend work may be required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months job-related experience required.
• Knowledge of hospital procedures and policies preferred.
