Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC in Midland, TX is seeking a Practice Manager to lead financial performance, HR, marketing and IT management. You will collaborate with the Managing Doctor to ensure profitability, high client satisfaction, and excellent patient care across the practice and teams.

You will oversee scheduling, vendor relations, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting, while driving growth and maintaining Heartland standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Full-time, on-site role in Midland, with weekend availability.
• Education: high school diploma required; degrees or PM certification a plus.
• Skills: strong communication, client service, OSHA safety knowledge, and proficient computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage practice financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee expenses, inventory, pricing with MDVM, and budget planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high quality patient care.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and HR activities with Heartland Recruiting.
• Collaborate with Heartland Marketing and support centers to enhance client experience.
