Animal Clinic and Hospital in Midland, TX is seeking a Practice Manager to lead essential business functions and support practice teams. The role partners with the Managing Doctor to drive profitability, client satisfaction, and team development across operations, HR, marketing, and IT management.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Heartland resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining top-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site role with weekend work when needed.
• Experience managing a veterinary practice or healthcare team.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety techniques.

Responsabilités

• Manages practice financial performance, driving revenue growth.
• Oversees expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Manages inventory and pricing in collaboration with MDVM.
• Provides input during annual budget planning and reviews performance reports.
• Ensures compliant medical records and regulatory adherence.
• Leads staff scheduling and payroll responsibilities.
