Heartland Veterinary Partners seeks a hands-on Practice Manager to lead a three-doctor general practice with urgent care and emergency cases. You will oversee daily operations, HR, marketing, and finance while preserving high-quality patient care and client service.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site; weekend availability may be required
• Excellent communication skills
• Client service experience

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility
• Ensures inventory management and pricing accuracy
• Maintains payroll records and ensures compliance
• Oversees staff scheduling and client appointment flow
• Builds relationships with veterinarians, staff, and vendors
• Partners with HR to navigate employee relations and compliance
• Collaborates with Marketing on community relations and campaigns
