Heartland Veterinary Partners is seeking a Practice Manager in Pensacola to lead day-to-day operations, HR, marketing, and IT within a veterinary clinic. You will drive profitability, mentor the team, and partner with the Managing Doctor to optimize patient care and client service.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, staff development, and collaboration with Heartland’s support centers to ensure high-quality care and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in applied science, veterinary technology, or business is a plus.
• Practice Manager Certification is a plus; strong computer and data skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Oversees expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborates with MDVM on pricing and budgeting.
• Creates and analyzes performance reports to improve outcomes.
• Ensures compliant records and reporting across regulatory requirements.
• Leads staffing, payroll, and scheduling to support client care.
• Partners with marketing to drive community engagement and growth.
