You will partner with the Managing Doctor to drive profitability, staff engagement, and a high level of client satisfaction while overseeing operations across HR, marketing, IT, and strategic planning.

The role emphasizes strong people leadership, business acumen, and collaboration with Heartland teams to support sustainable practice growth and exceptional

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site availability; weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in relevant field a plus; Practice Manager Certification a plus.
• Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds; assist with heavier lifting.
• OSHA safety knowledge and proper PPE usage.
• Excellent computer skills and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice financial performance and revenue growth.
• Manage expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensure inventory is balanced between stock and sales.
• Collaborate with MDVM on pricing and medical records.
• Lead scheduling and payroll processes; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HR to develop staff and maintain a productive culture.
• Drive client satisfaction and high-quality patient care.
