Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations of a busy veterinary clinic alongside the Managing Doctor. You will drive profitability, oversee HR, marketing, IT, and strategic planning while maintaining exceptional client service and high-quality patient care.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong people leadership, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with Heartland’s support centers.

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site role with weekend availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree is a plus.
• Ability to lift patients up to 25 pounds.
• Experience in veterinary practice is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manages practice financial performance and revenue growth.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Oversees inventory management and pricing with MDVM.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, DEA, EEOC, ADA, and labor laws.
• Maintains confidential employee records and conducts annual evaluations.

MS Office proficiency

OSHA safety knowledge

Basic math for dosages

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in applied science/veterinary technology or business
