Job summary

Small Door Veterinary seeks a Practice Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional hospitality and veterinary care. You will guide bi-weekly payroll, staffing, and process improvements while maintaining brand standards and patient focus across the clinic.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to optimize revenue, scheduling, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless client experience and robust operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a veterinary or human healthcare practice and at least 2 years experience directly managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a high-performing practice team in delivering exceptional hospitality and care.
• Lead team meetings to cascade updates and drive change within the practice.
• Maintain a culture of safety, compliance, collaboration and inclusivity.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll and time/attendance for staff.
• Handle escalated member issues with regional leadership when needed.
• Ensure facilities meet brand standards and operations run smoothly.
