Small Door Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy veterinary practice, balancing hospitality with clinical operations. You will manage a high-performing team, oversee payroll, scheduling, and inventory, and partner with regional leadership to drive revenue and uphold brand standards.

You will work closely with the medical team to maintain a client-focused, safe, and efficient clinic environment, while supporting growth opportunities and ensuring excellent staff development.

Formación

• Min 4+ years in veterinary or healthcare practice.
• 2+ years of direct team management experience.
• Experience with payroll, inventory, and budgeting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team to provide exceptional hospitality and care.
• Chair Practice Team meetings with Clinical Leadership to cascade updates.
• Ensure safety, compliance, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll and attendance for staff.
• Resolve escalated member issues with regional leadership as needed.
• Maintain a 360° view of the practice and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee onboarding and backfills to grow the team.
• Oversee scheduling, budget, and inventory in alignment with revenue goals.
• Partner with HQ and regional leadership to implement new initiatives.
