Lakefield Veterinary Group seeks an accomplished operations leader to drive results across hospital performance, finance, HR, and staff development. You will partner with medical leadership to shape a positive, efficient practice culture that delivers high-quality animal care and strong profitability.

You will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, organize services, track key metrics, and guide strategic planning in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in overall operations, financial and facilities management and HR
• Hospital management experience in veterinary or health industry
• Experience leading a large team

Responsabilités

• Foster a culture built on company values and WOW Service
• Partner with medical leadership to drive quality, efficient animal healthcare
• Lead creation and maintenance of a high-performing workplace culture
• Organize hospital health services and serve as the day-to-day contact
• Oversee departments supporting business, including financials and HR
• Monitor hospital financial performance and report to leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and manage staff performance and development
• Coordinate marketing and community outreach programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA and relevant regulations
• Supervise hospital staff and co-supervise medical support staff
