Animal Hospital of Lewisville in Lewisville, NC is seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our growing hospital alongside the Medical Director and Regional Operations Support. You will develop people, optimize hospital operations, manage financial performance, and build a culture where teams thrive.

The role emphasizes people leadership, onboarding, performance development, and strategic initiatives across daily workflow, budgets, payroll, and client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of veterinary Practice Management experience.
• Strong background in general practice, emergency, or urgent care.
• Proven experience leading veterinary support teams and developing future leaders.
• Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, labor, budgeting, payroll, revenue, expenses, and practice performance.
• Confident using data and financial information to make thoughtful business decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable Veterinary Assistants, Lead Technicians, and Client Service/Reception teams.
• Own onboarding, training, performance development, career growth, and leadership development across the hospital.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, PIMS processes, equipment, and hospital resources.
• Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Operations Support to develop budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, manage labor, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure accurate payroll, staffing records, licensure tracking, and required operational compliance.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, equipment, maintenance, and cost controls.
• Champion new processes, training programs, service improvements, and operational initiatives that strengthen the hospital.
• Reinforce exceptional client service and help resolve escalated client concerns.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Regional Operations Support to align medical, operational, financial, and team priorities.
