Lakefield Veterinary Group's Central Phoenix General Practice seeks a Veterinary Hospital Administrator to lead operations and staff, guiding business, HR, finance, and daily operations to deliver compassionate animal care while driving profitability.

You will partner with medical leadership to create a positive workplace culture, manage schedules, recruit, develop staff, and oversee marketing initiatives. This on-site role requires strong leadership and compliance with regulations.

Qualificações

• This role requires 3+ years of operations, financial and facilities management experience in veterinary or healthcare.
• Experience leading a large team in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and OSHA compliance is essential.
