Job summary

K-M Regional Veterinary Hospital in Kasson, MN, seeks a Practice Manager to lead practice operations, HR, marketing, and IT management. You will partner with the Managing Doctor to drive profitability, client satisfaction, and growth while protecting the practice legacy.

Lead teams, analyze performance, and ensure compliant operations; manage payroll, vendor relations, and scheduling to support high-quality care and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in applied science, veterinary technology, or business is a plus.
• Practice Manager Certification a plus; veterinary practice management experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth with the team.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensures appropriate inventory management and pricing accuracy.
• Collaborates with MDVM to ensure compliant medical records and patient care.
• Oversees staff scheduling and maintains high client service levels.
• Partners with Heartland Recruiting to fill open requisitions and develop the team.
