Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and lead a high-performing team in a full-service veterinary setting. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will partner with the MDVM to ensure excellent client service and high-quality patient care while growing the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in applied science, veterinary technology, or business a plus.
• Practice Manager Certification a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and manage practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facility.
• Ensures appropriate inventory management and pricing accuracy in collaboration with MDVM.
• Creates new or analyzes existing performance reports to improve results.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and maintains medical records.
