Job summary

France Avenue Pet Hospital in the Minneapolis metropolitan area is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and drive growth. This 1.5-doctor practice offers the opportunity to advance into practice management and develop leadership skills with a supportive team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Lead CSR or Lead Veterinary Technician ready to manage staff, improve client and patient experiences, and partner with the Regional Director of Operations to achieve

Qualifications

• Full-time, on-site; weekends may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; general physical capability for daily operations.
• Strong communication and client service experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance, engaging teams to drive revenue and growth.
• Oversees expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facilities.
• Maintains inventory and pricing in coordination with leadership.
