The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and driving initiatives that enhance patient care and the client experience within a busy practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice financial performance with revenue growth plans.
• Oversee expenses: pharmacy, supplies, labor, facility.
• Ensure inventory management with stock balance.
• Collaborate with MDVM to set pricing and budgeting.
• Develop performance reports and insights to drive improvement.
• Ensure compliant medical records and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate marketing with Heartland Marketing and local initiatives.
• Ensure staffing levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead staff scheduling and payroll compliance.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
