Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Veterinary Strategic and National Accounts Market Development Manager to grow Radiometer America’s business with veterinary hospitals and distributors across the United States and Canada.

You will develop national account plans, expand product adoption, and drive revenue growth through a national network of partners while reporting to the Senior National Manager of Specialty Markets. This role offers remote work coverage across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years key/strategic account experience in veterinary capital equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quota requirements in complex, multi-location sales cycles in North America.
• 3+ years direct experience building distributor or channel business through joint planning and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated proficiency using CRM systems and BI platforms for account planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Grow installed base and market share within veterinary hospitals by building strategic relationships with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with market development managers to grow sales at corporate veterinary locations and align local efforts with the account strategy.
• Develop national account strategies grounded in veterinary workflows and hospital economics.
• Grow distributor-sourced pipeline and track progress from referral through placement and ongoing growth.
• Work cross-functionally to address customer needs and develop commercial approaches for workflows and economics.
