Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Veterinary Strategic and National Accounts Market Development Manager to grow Radiometer America’s business with veterinary groups and distributors across the US and Canada.

You will build national account plans, expand product adoption, and drive sales through a national network of partners while traveling up to 75%. The role is remote with nationwide coverage and a competitive compensation package including base salary and SIC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years key/strategic account experience in veterinary capital equipment sales, preferably in point of care diagnostics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years direct experience building distributor/channel business via joint planning, sales enablement, and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated proficiency of using CRM systems and business intelligence platforms for account planning, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Grow installed base and market share by building strategic relationships with senior leaders at veterinary hospitals.
• Collaborate with market development managers to grow sales at corporate veterinary hospital locations in their territories.
• Develop national account strategies grounded in veterinary workflows, purchasing models, and hospital economics.
• Grow distributor-sourced pipeline opportunities and track progress from referral through placement and ongoing consumable growth.
• Work cross-functionally to address customer needs and develop commercial approaches suited to veterinary hospital workflows and economics.
