Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Veterinary Strategic and National Accounts Market Development Manager to expand Radiometer America’s business across veterinary hospitals in the U.S. and Canada.

This remote role focuses on national accounts, distribution partnerships, and achieving revenue quotas. You will develop and implement account plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive device and consumable sales through a national network of distributors and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years key/strategic account experience in veterinary capital equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quota requirements in complex, multi-location sales cycles in North America.
• 3+ years direct experience building distributor or channel business through joint planning, sales enablement, and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated proficiency using CRM systems and business intelligence platforms for account planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Grow installed base and market share in designated veterinary hospitals through strategic relationships.
• Develop national account strategies grounded in veterinary workflows and hospital economics.
• Grow distributor-sourced pipeline and track progress from referral to placement.
• Work cross-functionally to tailor commercial approaches to hospital workflows.
