Qualifications

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive patient care and client experience.
• Coordinate with veterinarians to foster a positive culture and cohesive team.
• Manage day-to-day hospital operations, including scheduling, inventory, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and high quality patient care.
• Create collaborative relationships with veterinarians to support a cohesive team.
• Oversee scheduling, equipment maintenance, inventory control, invoicing, patient scheduling, and training.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance of paraprofessional staff in partnership with leadership and HR.
• Maintain doctor schedules with regional support as needed.
• Review monthly P&L with leadership to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Escalate issues to leadership and HR when needed.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure a seamless client and patient experience.
• Keep the hospital environment clean and compliant with OSHA standards.
