Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: 2–3 years previous experience in a veterinary practice; if no vet experience, 2+ years of strong leadership experience.
• Desired Requirements: 3–5 years in veterinary practice; 3+ years in a management role including customer service; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence, efficiency, high-quality patient care and excellent client experience.
• Create productive, collaborative relationships with veterinarians to foster a positive culture and cohesive team environment.
• Oversee scheduling for all paraprofessional partners, ensure payroll costs stay within forecast and maintain doctor schedules with support as needed.
• Review P&L monthly to increase revenue and meet financial targets set by Finance.
