Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience working in a veterinary practice or 2+ years of strong leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.
• Compassionate, professional, and able to handle emotional situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Oversee scheduling for veterinarians and paraprofessionals; manage payroll costs.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, support staff, and store teams for seamless care.
• Review P&L monthly and work with Area Operations Manager to meet targets.
• Maintain hospital environment, OSHA standards, and inventory control.
• Interface with HR for staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality client experience and accurate record-keeping.
