• 2–3 years previous experience working in a veterinary practice or 2+ years leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate, drive results and manage payroll costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Create productive relationships with veterinarians to maintain team cohesion.
• Schedule doctors and support partners; manage equipment, inventory, and invoicing.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management with HR partners.
• Review monthly P&L and partner with management to increase revenue and control costs.
• Ensure OSHA standards and maintain a clean hospital environment.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure a seamless client and patient experience.
