Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first digital agency focusing on veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. You will own the largest multi-location deals, from initial meeting to signed contract, managing long, multi-stakeholder cycles and a $2M annual quota.

This individual contributor role has no direct reports and leverages our inbound and sales development team to source qualified meetings. You will close strategically with ownership and leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business to managing people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter.
