Job summary

Family Pet Clinic in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and support teams during busy periods.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or front-desk roles, experience with DaySmart Vet preferred, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice software (DaySmart Vet) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front-desk operations in a busy clinic
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and daily patient flow
• Answer multi-line phones and assist clients in person
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Provide compassionate, professional service during routine and sensitive situations
