Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a customer service, front-desk, or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, preferably EzyVet.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and welcome them to the hospital.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and daily patient flow.
