Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a veterinary clinical setting (CSR, kennel attendant, vet assistant, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and assess their needs.
• Handle incoming calls and emails and determine urgency.
• Schedule appointments and manage client check-ins/outs.
• Process and document financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain lobby and exam room cleanliness.
