Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service/reception
• Veterinary front-desk experience preferred
• Experience handling multi-line phones and in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice software preferred (EzyVet)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy periods
