Job summary

Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital in Tulsa, OK seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments and patient flow, and support daily front-desk operations with compassion.

You will handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and provide information about services while working closely with a team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Prior veterinary front-desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or front desk
• Veterinary front-desk experience preferred
• Manage multi-line phone system and in-person clients
• Experience with Cornerstone software preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork
• Ability to process payments and maintain records
